The goal is that you have a variety of exercise options available to you from the comfort of your own home, that we will progress through as you see results and improvements in your strength, endurance, mobility and skill level. The fun thing about this is that, because exercise is a bonus, not a requirement for improvements in your health, you will change your relationship with exercise as you find ways of moving that you actually enjoy!
